The building — strong foundations, room to grow “I think of our technology like a building. Each company needs a different layout because the work inside is different. But every building needs strong foundations, reliable utilities, and room to expand.

My role is to understand what each business is building toward and put those foundations in place—so growth doesn’t mean tearing everything apart and starting again.
